Opting Out of Highgrade Communications
We retain basic user contact information to communicate with our customers and Users about product and security updates and information relevant to their purchase history. Highgrade customers may opt-out of communications at any time by unsubscribing in any of our e-mails or contacting our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Host of Highgrade Customer Data
Our customer data is hosted in the WordPress Engine services cloud. By default, Highgrade hosts in the Pennsylvania and California state regions.
Retention of Highgrade Customer Data
We maintain all customer data until we mark Users as “inactive” or a customer deletes his or her own account. Users can delete their accounts by contacting our support team at email@example.com.
